Before you place an order, you might hesitate for a few seconds: “This rail doesn’t look exactly the same as the big brand I know, and the price is much lower. Is it a copy or fake?”

We completely understand this concern. Nobody wants to pay for something they can’t trust. That’s why we want to be very clear about what we offer and how we describe it: our own brand products and compatible rails are not counterfeits, and we never deliberately mislead on branding.

Most doubts come from three typical situations:

• In-house brand linear guides: Their structure and dimensions are designed to match mainstream brands. All rails are tested to industrial standards, and thanks to fewer middlemen, the price is more cost-effective.
• General / replacement / compatible rails: These are designed to fit the same mounting dimensions and load requirements as popular brands, so you can use them as drop-in replacements — but they are not sold as the original brand.

In product titles or attributes, you may see wording like: “Compatible with XX brand, XX model”. This does not mean the product is original OEM stock. It simply means the rail can fit and replace that brand’s model, which helps users quickly find the right size instead of ordering the wrong type.

Many platforms display original brand items together with “compatible with XX brand” products in the same result list. If you don’t open the detail page and read carefully, it’s easy to assume “everything shown here is original brand”, which is where a lot of misunderstandings start.

For us, long-term cooperation and trust are more important than any single order. So on branding, we prefer to over-explain rather than stay vague.

• On the product page, we clearly state if it is a “general type / China-made replacement / compatible rail”.
• When it is our own brand, we say so directly instead of hiding behind famous names.

If your project requires an original brand (for after-sales claims, warranty, or strict factory acceptance), here’s what you can do:

• Before ordering, send our team the brand + exact model number you need.
• We will check together with you whether:
  • a compatible in-house brand solution is sufficient, or
  • you truly need genuine branded parts.
• If you do need genuine parts, we can also supply them through reliable channels with traceable sourcing.

In the unlikely event that:

• The product you receive is not consistent with the brand description on the page, or
• There is a major mismatch in branding information,

you can contact us for a no-hassle return or replacement. We will not argue or make excuses — we take responsibility when it’s our fault.

• Our in-house brand rails are more affordable because we cut unnecessary brand markups and extra reseller layers, not because we compromise on quality.
• Our branded products come from regular, trusted channels, not from unknown third-party stock.

We can’t promise to satisfy everyone, but we can promise this: Every order — whether it’s our own brand or a well-known brand — is clearly labeled, honestly described, and traceable.
