Production Flow

Each rail and screw follows a standardized production route with full traceability – from incoming raw material to final shipment. Consistent processes ensure repeatable quality for every batch.

  1. 1. Raw Material Incoming & Inspection

Steel bars and blanks are checked for hardness, composition and surface condition before entering production.

  2. 2. Cutting & Rough Machining

Materials are cut to length and rough machined to reserve accurate allowance for later grinding.

  3. 3. Heat Treatment / Hardening

Heat treatment improves hardness and wear resistance while controlling deformation within strict limits.

  4. 4. Precision Grinding & Milling

Rails, blocks and screw shafts are precision ground and milled to achieve straightness and dimensional accuracy.

  5. 5. Assembly & Preload Adjustment

Blocks, nuts and matched components are assembled, preloaded and tested for smooth running.

  6. 6. 100% Quality Inspection

Key parameters such as straightness, lead accuracy, roughness and preload are checked for every batch.

  7. 7. Anti-rust Oil & Packing

All parts receive anti-rust protection and export-grade packing suitable for long-distance shipment.

  8. 8. Warehouse & Shipment

Finished products are stored in a dedicated warehouse area and shipped by sea, air or courier.

Workshop Tour

Take a closer look at our dedicated workshops for linear guides, ball screws and custom machining. Each area is organized for efficient production and quality control.

Ball Screw Workshop

The ball screw workshop covers both rolled and precision ground ball screws. Critical processes such as thread forming, lead accuracy control and nut assembly are completed in-house.

Lead accuracy, surface roughness and preload are strictly controlled to meet different precision levels required by CNC, 3D printing and automation customers.

Machining & Assembly Area

CNC machining centers support non-standard end machining, custom flanges and complete unit assembly, including linear modules and screw-driven stages.

By finishing more work inside the factory, we help customers reduce assembly steps and shorten their own machine build time.
