The Original HIWIN HGR35 is a size 35 profile rail for the HIWIN HG Series heavy-load ball-type linear guideway. This page is for the rail-only product. Guide blocks, rail mounting bolts and accessories are not included unless they are separately identified in the quotation.
HGR35 is commonly selected for machine tools, CNC equipment, industrial automation systems and production machinery where a larger rail section, high rigidity and stable load support are required. Compared with smaller HG rail sizes, the HGR35 has a 34 mm rail width, 29 mm rail height and an approximate rail weight of 6.30 kg per meter.

Guide blocks are not included with the rail unless the quotation clearly states the complete assembly and block quantity. The block suffix must not be omitted because CA, CB and CC versions use different mounting-hole structures.
For an interchangeable HGR35 rail and interchangeable HG35 blocks, the officially listed accuracy grades are C, H and P.
C is the normal accuracy grade for general machinery and standard industrial motion. H is the high accuracy grade for systems requiring tighter dimensional control and running parallelism. P is the precision grade for accurately machined mounting surfaces and more demanding positioning requirements.
For interchangeable HG35 guideways, the applicable preload codes are Z0 and ZA. Z0 is the light-preload class for general motion and lower-impact applications. ZA is the medium-preload class for increased rigidity and higher precision requirements.
ZB is an official HG Series preload class, but it applies to a non-interchangeable guideway assembled and matched as a complete set. It must not be selected as a standard preload code for a loose interchangeable HGR35 rail.
When a customer requires ZB heavy preload or a specially matched precision assembly, the rails and blocks should be quoted as a complete non-interchangeable set. The rail quantity, block quantity, reference rail, accuracy grade, preload and pairing arrangement must all be confirmed together.
Confirm the overall rail length from the approved machine drawing. Rail length is not the same as machine stroke. The required length depends on the block length, block quantity, spacing between blocks, overtravel allowance, end clearance and mechanical stop arrangement.

For replacement work, provide photographs of the existing block markings and rail layout.
