The original THK HSR15R is a size-15 narrow square-type LM guide block from the THK HSR full-ball linear guide series. Its compact width and tapped top mounting holes make it suitable for machine tables and automation assemblies where installation space is limited.
The HSR series provides equal load ratings in the radial, reverse-radial and lateral directions, supporting stable and rigid linear motion in CNC machines, machine tools, precision equipment and industrial automation systems.

The two-block MA and MB values apply when two LM blocks are installed in close contact. Actual service life also depends on operating load, block spacing, rail spacing, mounting rigidity, speed, lubrication and shock conditions.
