Original HIWIN HGR15 Linear Guide Rail for HGH15CA and HGW15CC Blocks is a 15 mm rail from the HIWIN HG Series heavy-load ball-type linear guideway range. This page supplies the HGR15 rail only. Linear guide blocks are not included unless they are listed separately in the quotation or purchase order.
HGR15 is used in machines designed around the HG15 rail profile, including compact CNC equipment, automation axes, inspection systems and existing HG15 guideway assemblies requiring replacement rails. The finished rail length and mounting-hole positions should be checked against the machine base before ordering.
Supply Scope: HGR15 linear guide rail only
Confirmed Matching Blocks: HGH15CA square block and HGW15CC flange block
The HIWIN HG Series uses a four-row recirculating-ball structure with circular-arc raceways. When the HGR15 rail is assembled with the correct HG15 block, the guideway can support radial, reverse-radial and lateral loads. This makes the HG15 platform suitable for compact machine axes that require HG Series rigidity within a relatively small installation envelope.
HGR15 should be selected by the complete rail-and-block configuration rather than rail width alone. For new equipment, the block footprint, assembly height, applied load and mounting arrangement should be reviewed. For replacement work, the original block marking, rail length and mounting-hole positions should be confirmed before the rail is ordered.

The HGH15CA and HGW15CC blocks presented on this rail-only page use the same HGR15 rail but have different mounting footprints. HGH15CA is a square block, while HGW15CC is a wider flange block with a lower assembly height.
| Block Model | Block Type | Assembly Height | Block Width | Block Length | Dynamic Load C | Static Load C0 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HGH15CA | Square block | 28 mm | 34 mm | 61.4 mm | 14.7 kN | 23.47 kN |
| HGW15CC | Flange block | 24 mm | 47 mm | 61.4 mm | 14.7 kN | 23.47 kN |
Choose HGH15CA where a narrower square mounting body and 28 mm assembly height suit the machine design. Choose HGW15CC where a wider flange surface and lower 24 mm assembly height are required. Final selection should also consider the carriage mounting holes, rail spacing, applied load and available installation space.
Jointed HGR15 rail sections can be supplied for long-travel equipment where a single rail is difficult to manufacture, transport or install. The total travel length can be divided into multiple rail sections according to the machine structure, transportation limits and installation conditions.
Each jointed section should be installed in the confirmed sequence and orientation. Before quotation, please provide the required total length, preferred section lengths, rail quantity, mounting-hole layout, accuracy requirement and installation drawing. Joint positions should also be reviewed to avoid interference with the operating stroke or concentrated load areas.
Jointed rail accuracy must be confirmed per project. The final running performance depends on the machine base, joint alignment, mounting accuracy, section order and installation quality.
For an accurate quotation, provide the following information:
For replacement orders, send clear photographs of the original rail and block markings. When the machine base already has fixed mounting holes, also provide the total rail length, number of holes and the distances from both rail ends to the nearest hole centres.
Long or jointed rails are packed according to rail length, quantity and transportation method. Reinforced protection or wooden-case packaging can be arranged where required to reduce the risk of impact or bending during transportation. Freight should be confirmed using the final packing length and delivery destination.
No. This is a rail-only page. HGH15CA and HGW15CC blocks must be ordered separately.
HGH15CA is a narrower square block with a 28 mm assembly height. HGW15CC is a wider flange block with a lower 24 mm assembly height. The correct model depends on the carriage plate and available mounting space.
Non-standard lengths can be checked according to the 60 mm mounting-hole pitch and required end distances. Provide a drawing when the machine base already has fixed mounting holes.
Yes. Jointed rail sections can be reviewed for long-travel machines where one-piece rails are difficult to transport or install. The total length, section lengths, hole layout, accuracy requirement and installation drawing should be confirmed before quotation.
They should not be treated as direct replacements. HGR15 belongs to the HG heavy-load series, while EGR15 belongs to the EG low-profile series. Rail and block dimensions must be checked before any replacement decision.
This should be checked before ordering. Confirm the existing block model, accuracy and preload requirements, and inspect the block for wear, corrosion or raceway damage. A worn block may affect the performance of a new rail.
Cross-brand replacement cannot be confirmed from the nominal size alone. The rail profile, assembly height, block dimensions, mounting-hole pitch, accuracy and preload must be checked against the original drawing before a compatible replacement is recommended.
Send the required model, quantity, rail length or jointed section lengths, key specifications and delivery destination for an accurate quotation.
