MGNR12 rails are usually used as short or medium-length miniature rails. If a special long-stroke layout is required, standard rail jointing, multi-piece rail jointing or custom rail splicing can be checked according to the installation drawing.
For joined rails, the rail ends can be prepared with matched grinding, joint marking and sequence numbering when technically suitable. Please provide the total travel length, single rail length limit, mounting hole requirement and installation layout before quotation.
For miniature rails, short lengths can usually be shipped by express courier or air freight. For long rails or bulk orders, the transportation method should be selected according to rail length, weight, destination country and delivery urgency.
For very long rails, rail splicing can also be discussed as an alternative solution to reduce transportation cost, packaging size and bending risk during delivery.
The HIWIN MG series is commonly used in compact and precision applications where corrosion resistance may be considered. If the rail will be used in humid air, condensation, outdoor equipment, washing areas, clean rooms, salt spray environments or corrosive surroundings, please inform us in advance.
Optional protection such as anti-rust oil, special coating, low-temperature black chrome or passivation can be checked according to the brand, model and actual supply condition.
Short MGNR12 rails can be packed in strong cartons or small wooden cases depending on order quantity and transportation method. Bulk orders and precision rails are recommended to be packed in plywood cases.
The rails should be fixed inside the package to reduce bending, collision, moisture and rust risk during transportation.
