This 20mm linear guide block is engineered as a 100% interchangeable alternative to the HIWIN HGH20CA. It matches the original datasheet specifications for dimensions, load ratings (17.75 kN), and stiffness, making it an ideal cost-effective solution for CNC routers, pick & place machines, and linear stages.

Lubrication Guide

⚠️ Critical: Blocks are shipped with anti-rust oil, NOT lubricant. You must grease them before use.

  • Grease Type: Lithium Soap-based Grease (NLGI No.2).
  • Initial Fill Amount: Approx. 2 cm³ per block (Fill slowly until grease overflows slightly).
  • Refill Interval: Every 100km of travel distance, or every 3-6 months depending on operating speed.
  • Method: Inject via the supplied M5 grease nipple.

Installation & Mounting

  • Surface Prep: Ensure the mounting surface is flat. Rough surfaces will reduce accuracy and lifespan.
  • Datum Plane: Press the block reference edge firmly against the mounting shoulder before tightening.
  • Torque Sequence: Tighten the 4 bolts (M5) diagonally (X-pattern) in 2-3 stages. Do not fully tighten one bolt at a time.

Accuracy & Preload Class

Accuracy Options:
  • C (Normal): +/- 0.1mm (Standard Stock)
  • H (High): +/- 0.03mm (Recommended for Precision)
Preload Options:
  • Z0 (Light): Smooth motion for automation.
  • ZA (Medium): Recommended for CNC routers.
